Love this sign! The first one I received had a small crack in one of the letters and I was afraid that it would cause an issue with prolong use. So I contacted Amazon on line and it was taken care of just like that! They issued a return tag and promptly sent me a new sign! The sign is not a heavy sign and is made very well. The remote works great! It can be turned on from quite a distance which is one of the features I needed since it will be in a enclosed window. It can be set for solid illumination or it will blink and do one letter at a time. I love it! Wish it came in different colors though. But it is super bright even in the daylight and will be great for my small business!

Was looking for something that you could actually see in the window when the sun is on it. It was perfect! Have had many customers notice and make comments they can see the sign now, even in the daylight. Also like that the sign itself doesn't block any of the window for safety. Just where the lettering is.

I had people wondering if my historic bar was open, even though my old open sign was on, especially in the earlier hours when the bright sunshine was in play. This light is so much brighter and it is clear we are open the minute we turn it on for the day. I tested the remote and it worked just fine, I just don't happen to need it as the light is plugged in to an outlet that controls multiple other lights. It is incredibly light weight, possible even lighter than the sign it replaced, which was smaller overall.

Terrible quality. I ended up going through three of them via exchange and not a single one worked correctly. Lights were dim and uneven and the remote didn't work on two of them. Ended up returning overall and purchasing a better quality light from Uline.

Works

Decent open sign. It’s bright and works fine with solid function and blinking function. My only complaint is that the remote stopped working after 2 weeks of having it. We have to manually climb on a chair or ladder to turn on the sign everyday.
