**Q: Can I use this over laminate? I applied to the ply but now realise I need to laminate the edges and want to apply this there also.**
A: Hi Phil

Will the laminate stay stuck - It certainly should do. Whilst I don' t know what the glue you are using to glue the laminate down is CPES provides a very firm stable base for most adhesives. I imagine it will be as good as if not better than wood as a substrate for self adhesive types. If you are using glue to fasten a veneer then all modern adhesives will glue very firmly to a CPES coated surface (polyurethanes, epoxies).
If the laminate is a real wood product then yes - please do.
If it's an artificial product - please test it to ensure that you like the results first (actually this is probably safe advice under all circumstances).
