LESOLEIL Automatic Darkening Welding Helmet with Adjustment Knob Solar Energy Automatic Grinding Mask

This is a cheap helmet to begin with, but if you are OK with fixing screw ups,I guess it will do in a pinch. When I opened the box, I found the helmet with several pieces of the headband loose in the box. In addition, the entire headband was improperly installed. On further inspection. I found the headband could not be installed properly because the mounting holes were in the wrong place and were round instead of square. I was forced to modify the helmet, because I had to meet a deadline for the job I had.Another problem I had, was welding flash on start up. No matter how I tried to adjust the helmet controls, the problem persisted. I suggest that this helmet is the worst product that Amazon has ever sold!

Nice features, but knobs are cheap plastic and first one broke putting it together.

Really good for a starter helmet. Really easy to adjust on your own and comes with a replacement screen. This is my first mask and it works great.

Nice helmet for the money. Fit all my needs.

I’m a welder by trade and this mask is very good for diy welding projects. Darkness adjustment has a good enough range and grinding function comes in handy. Worth the money all day long 👍🏻

Very happy with the mask. I got the little "face shield" included with a cheapo welder. Ordered this to have the extra hand available. Brilliant job.

It fits and works OK but the instructions are hopelessly inadequate. As a health & safety aid that's unacceptable. There's no mention of the function of the knob on the outside - it sets the filter density when blacked out. Once I'd discovered that the helmet was usable.

Very lightweight, easy to put together but limited instructions for the dials inside for the novice. Very pleased

Great value for money on this product, can't really complain about it for the price they sell it for.1 design floor is the shade controls being outside of the mask, any full time site welder using this mask will notice that if you tend to lean your head against something or get into a tight spot you run the risk of altering your shade setting during a weld... really annoying.

Nothing bad to say does what it says on the tin

I had promised myself one of these welding helmets for some time and now can't imagine using anything else. Very easy to set up and comfortable to wear 10/10

used the helmet only the once so far but seems to work ok as not been blinded and easy to flip

This helmet is lightweight, just what is needed for a days work, found the lens to work well. It is also a great mask for grinding

Fast acting, and comfortable too wear, I would buy this again if needed.
