So I initially thought that this pill case would be the same size as the other pill case that is offered in the orange color. That is my fault for not checking the dimensions! I had planned to use this case for packing large quantities of over the counter medications for multiple family members when traveling, but it's not really large enough for that. What it IS perfect for is my own personal usage! I have stocked it with medications that I may need when out and about (a prescription that I have to take after meals, ibuprofen, meds for PMS, migraines, allergies, etc, etc). I used a label maker to create labels for each individual compartment. This thing keeps my pills secure and is the perfect size, even for a SMALL crossbody purse. I feel more prepared when I'm away from my home now, and I don't have to be without the medications that I may need, or carry a large, bulky purse.

I did buy this expecting that it would maybe be a bit flimsy (because of the low price). Turns out it's really not. I think this wouldn't work well for super powdery pills or tablets as each of the little sections isn't super air tight. The section lids overlap the plastic 'walls' that separate each compartment and it does a decent job. Example; I have a variety of general OTC meds in mine and that includes tums which are a bit chalky. There's a really small amount of it but some slight residue just around the compartment I keep those in. The rest of the compartments are clean though.Also the lids are all part of the same piece of plastic that is removable. This would probably be helpful for cleaning and hasn't caused me any issues but it did surprise me at first inspection. Overall 10/10

Ok. So originally I thought this was going to be bigger. Once I opened the package, I was like oh that’s small (that’s what she said). Now, I am glad it is that small. So much easier than lugging around 50 million bottles of vitamins, pain killers, and whatever else I have laying at the bottom of my purse. Honestly, it’s the perfect size, and I feel very organized now.

Like many seniors, I take a lot of pills. Keeping them organized for travel can be a hassle. This Yeeho Pill Case is small overall, but the 10 individual sections vary in size to make room for different pill sizes. It closes tightly, and each of the 10 sections closes too, so there will be no spilled pills in my carry-on bag. This was a great find!

This is exactly what I needed! I have few medications and supplement that I need to carry with me , my purse was overwhelmed by all the bottles and they took up so much space.This little case holds all my pills and it's so sleek that no one even realizes it's a medicine holder.Beyond happy with this product.

10 compartments, individually sealed and entire container has clip. I take calcium, glucosamine, cranberry, zinc. As you can see the largest compartment holds only 2 of the weeks worth of calcium. Will reorganize to hold each days worth of supplements. Cute container but not ideal if you take the larger pills.

Compact, lightweight, very handy. Love it so much I am buying another. It doesnt store alot of pills in each section, but its enough. I can easily carry with a variety of supplements, digestive aids, pain relievers, probiotics, etc without having numerous zip lock baggies or small bottles in my purse.

This was smaller than I expected and I couldn't use it, but it fits my wife's needs perfectly. This has no inherent security associated with it, so keep it under lock and key, especially if you visit families with young children.
