I initially ordered this supplement so I could add nutrients to my daily routine. It just so happened that I broke a rib one week after receiving and starting this supplement. I am convinced this supplement has helped in my healing process. I have reordered once already and am reordering for a third time. I just feel better since I've been using it daily. I think it's time for me to start a monthly subscription!

Least expensive to buy from Amazon.
I only use one scoop. It is delicious. Using Equilife directly charges just under 10.00 for shipping so Amazon is cost effective. I also switched to Amazons subscribe and save

Makes you feel better!
I mix this with almond milk, frozen fruit , and a banana every morning. This is a great way to supplement your vitamins!

This is my ultimate favorite protein powder. I have it every morning, even on the weekends. It's been really great since I've been nursing to have a smoothie in the morning. And just put some of this in there, it really helps with milk production. Even now, just not for that. My husband also drinks this stuff and we had been drinking it before I had even had a baby

Decent Product
I prefer adding powder multivitamins to my morning shake. This is a decent substitute to the GNC version. The only issue I have is with the price. GNC's version goes for $29.99 while this one goes for double that price.
