The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using this MECHEN 160GB MP3 player for a few weeks and overall, I’m very satisfied with what it offers for the price. It looks and feels more like a mini smartphone than a traditional MP3 player, with a sharp 5" 1080P IPS touchscreen that’s responsive and easy to use. I mainly bought it for offline music, but the WiFi and Android OS let me install Spotify, Audible, YouTube Music, and more — which was a huge plus.Bluetooth connectivity is solid with my headphones and the built-in speaker is surprisingly decent for casual listening. The large storage capacity is also great — I haven’t even come close to filling the 160GB. No lag and never freezes up. Functions great!It ships with a few pre-installed apps that I didn’t need, but they’re easy enough to ignore or uninstall.All in all, if you're looking for a dedicated media player for travel, workouts, or just to keep your music separate from your phone, this is a great choice for the price.

BEFORE purchasing, I asked about compatibility. See the screen capture I posted, and it's probably a good idea you screen capture your questions as well.. . . . The device would NOT pair to the Mac, running High Sierra. In fact, the act of trying to pair it made me log-out of other, trusted bluetooth devices I use.. . . . The device would NOT come up on the desktop, nor be recognized when I plugged in the USB cable. (Which in another question I had asked about using the USB cable) . . . it only showed in the overview as an "untitled device" ... but would not open, and refused to receive any dragged files.. . . . I'm sure this is wonderful for the Google Android user, but not for Apple people. My quest to find a simple MP3 player, to play simple MP3 files without having all the apps and stuff I already have on my iPhone. If you know of one, please let me know

I can say this mp3 player is perfect for my son really worth buying very easy to use the size is great the sound is perfect and Bluetooth connection is pretty easy and everything else is pretty much good for me definitely recommended.

Overall, the player works well. I’ve been using it only for Spotify and a music player to listen to audiobooks/old time radio shows. Speed is fine, charges fine (though it does take a while to get a full charge).HOWEVER. It overheats easily. Very easily. If you’re on it, charging it, or downloading files from the computer, it overheats considerably. The area (where the processor is) becomes noticeably hot, which I think has affected the speaker, because that no longer works as well as it did upon purchase (which wasn’t all that great to begin with). The processor itself isn’t all that great. Could get a better one in another mp3/mp4 player for a little more money. The battery life also isn’t fantastic. Even when I’m not actively on it (not messing around and using the screen), it only lasts about 12 hours, after a full charge. This also could be due to the overheating.This player is also almost the size and weight of my iPhone 14, which I found cumbersome, trying to juggle the two. I didn’t realize how large it would be, and that a smaller size would suit my needs better.I will be returning this and purchase a different player all together. I think I can get a better one for my money.

I am using it as an ereader. I wanted something that I could use with an internet browser to read free online books. It connects to wifi. I downloaded kindle and Libby for ebooks. It's faster than I thought it would be. I also deleted the apps I won't use.

Amazing price, really good quality, big 5 inch touchscreen, amazing display, really fast response, comes with 160gb and can hold up to one TB! The bluetooth is quick connecting and the actual Mp3 players speaker is very good. HIGHLY RECOMMEND----Just Keep In Mind That This Is Really Just A Mini Tablet----
