We took this to aid with joints etc. I would say it did help, however we changed to green lipped muscle as found this helped more. We had no side effects. The quality is good and cheaper than others of the same quality. Easy to swallow.

No Pepper included
I have only given 3 stars as there is no black pepper in the capsules and nothing in the directions that you need to take turmeric with black pepper, as the body can't use the turmeric and it is therefore pretty much useless.Other than that it is a good quality product with no added fillers which some other brands have.You just have to make sure you take the capsule with a meal that contains pepper.
