Perfect gift for runners or hikers. Fun way for them to try the different products before deciding what to use in the future. I took them out of the box and used them as a fun part of a running themed gift basket!

The number one positive of these is that they dissolve really fast after you take a few chews. I run a lot of miles and marathons and have never used chews because I worried about choking. Not an issue with these. Each one is a small bite size, like a small berry. My favorite flavor is the sour cherry. Unfortunately, I can't really judge yet whether I am getting the same glycogen boost as with my gels. One negative for me is that they really aren't any easier to use than gels. You have to figure out how you will store them and access them while you are running or riding if you are cycling.

Variety pack was great to be able to sample several flavors. Not a fan of the green tea, but all the other ones taste great. Sour cherry is my favorite. As others have said, they are a little sticky.
