False Advertisement/ sellers page gone
Scooter has no key start ignition. Thumb paddle for throttle instead of pictured handle throttle. Came with a broken turn signal and a bent break caliper. The throttle and key where my main reasons fir buying so im pissed. And u cant get ahold of anyone about it

Long range
I opted for the long range version of this electric seated scooter which is said to go up to 62 miles. I live in an unincorporated area which experiences not infrequent power outages - and I am also so busy, I can forget to plug things in. This definitely has a heavy battery on this; I have trouble lifting this scooter up myself. I am guessing it is at least 45 lbs. The scooter itself is built solidly and that is one of the standout things I noticed. It feels sturdy on the roads out here, and the large tires and wheels make it handle well on various surfaces. The look of this overall is great and it looks like it costs more than it does. The assembly is simple enough, as it comes mostly assembled and you snap the handle bar in, and put on the seat.

Single rear break only, beware!
Pros: Quality is surprisingly good, battery range is excellent. Cons: it came with only thee rear break although the title, description and pictures show front and rear break. I specifically purchased this because of the advertised breaks. So I will not recommend it to anyone. Another thing is with the seat, its supposed to have a shim so that you can properly tighten the seat post. Well it did have twp pieces of one in the box but it looks like someone chewed it up so bad it was unserviceable. So until I rig up a shim, this scooter will be a lawn ornament. I really wanted to give a much better review but i can't stand a company that takes advantage of it's customers. 2 stars it is!

Super great
We bought our daughter this for college, and so far it works great! We did have a blow out already but that's not the bikes fault!

Smooth ride
Smooth ride. Battery last us for more than a week taking our kids to and from school. It's very quiet so you need to keep an eye to pedestrians cause there is a possibily that they might not hear you. As for the speed, we have pushed it to 20mph which I think is fast for a scooter.

Total Disappointment!
Here at 4:30 am Christmas morning…. The directions are absolutely horrible. They do not go in order and the pictures are blurry. There are no product pages or videos to show how to put this together. At least provide a video so we have a visual of how this should be assembled! Fast forward 2 weeks…After this initial review we experienced such difficulty with this product. Once we got it almost assembled, we discovered the seat was broken (see video above). It would not fit on the pole. Our Christmas Day was horrific. Our teen is on the spectrum. Hard enough to wait for Christmas. Then to find out we had to send it back and could not even use it!! Infuriating. And then to add insult to injury, we had to pay for shipping back! And the seller DID NOT HELP! thankfully, Amazon stepped up and did the right thing eventually reimbursing the huge shipping cost. Never again with this company. Beware! Third party sellers are no joke. Be careful!! Read the fine print. They will NOT BE SUPPORTIVE OF RETURN EVEN IF IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT!!!

Lesson learned
Was slow up hills. Make sure you know yourself and you will actually use because I got used it once. Decided to return it had to pay 197$$. Just t o ship it back. Also in return only got 360$$$ instead of 400$. For what it’s Actually valued at. Good luck
