I buy this regularly. Today I noticed that the price has doubled! Am I missing something? I understand price increases however twice the price!?

I get three orders a month and it's still $101.00 for the three 12 packs. I've priced similar drinks and these are still a better deal.

I honestly do not know where you read 25(Twenty Five) bottles. All I read in the title line is 12(Twelve) bottles.

what is used as the sugar substitute?

It is listed right in the ingredients. One being Sucrose and the other obvious being Sucralose. I am sure sugar can also be derived from any of the natural fruit flavors as well. My Endo. prescribed this for me so I have to presume it is safe for me to consume. I checked my blood sugar before and after drinking this with no significant changes to my blood sugar. Another thing to be cautious of is consuming high levels of carbohydrates as they drastically effect my blood sugar levels. You should be asking these type of questions to either your General Practitioner or your Endocrinologist.

Good stuff.
