⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely love this phone! My mom and I both bought the HMD Barbie flip phone, and we absolutely love it! We've had our phones for almost two months now, and they've been working perfectly with no issues. I noticed some reviews saying people had trouble getting service on the phone, but that wasn't our experience at all. We took both phones to Metro by T-Mobile, and they activated them quickly with no problems. Everything works exactly as it should. One of my favorite things about this phone is how much attention it gets. Everywhere I go, people stop me to ask about it because they think it's just a toy or a fake phone! They're always surprised when I tell them it's a real, fully functional cell phone. If you're thinking about buying this phone, don't let the negative reviews scare you. Our experience has been great from day one. It's cute, fun, nostalgic, and works just as expected. I would definitely recommend it to family and friends.

Wasn’t compatible with network. Was only running on 2g, which means no service. Cute but not practical.

It works and I am so happy!! Okay, first I want to say that I bought it and used the IMEI on the box once it was delivered to see if it would work on my carrier (Mint) and another carrier I was considering switching to (Tello), both of which utilize T-Mobile towers. Both of their compatibility checkers said that it would not work, but I took the chance and opened the box, inserted my current SIM (Mint), and it worked no problem!! I can get and make calls and send and receive texts! There is no WIFI, which is a bit of a bummer regarding signal and WIFI calling options, but there is Bluetooth (which I haven’t tried yet). My phone came new in box with all the amazing accessories to play with (sooo much fun!!!). Like other reviewers, I also struggled with the black screen of death when first trying to turn it on out of the box and I thought maybe I got a bum one like other reviewers had shared, but then I realized that the battery (which is also pink) was outside the phone and in the box (some assembly required lol). Once I popped that in, the phone powered on no problem!! I don’t know about carriers outside of T-Mobile or those who use T-Mobile towers, but given the return policy, I would say it is worth a try because the joy of this phone (and the price) is amazing. I am so glad I took a chance despite the reviews. Also side note it has FM radio which is kind of fun and the speakers on the phone are really not that bad.

Good few problems, the lip of the lid is at an awkward angle to open so you end up bending the hinge very quickly. The international version is supposed to have Bluetooth, it doesn't. Hotspot also doesn't work as advertised, even on multiple carriers. Battery life drops off very quickly and won't last a day with minimal use after a few weeks. This thing is also riddled with software and hardware bugs to the point that after a week the camera and flashlight stopped working. Also, Nokia just pulled out of the US market, so don't expect much support after the next year or so. Don't waste your money.

Barbie saved my life!! Okay that's a bit much, but honestly it feels like it sometimes. When I took this phone to Verizon they were all losing their minds. Everyone wanted to look at it and no one thought it was real. After getting a sim card in this phone, I've not looked at any social media. My iphone is just used as a tool now, to play music, run my craft machines etc. Anyone complaining about Barbie phone being crappy/slow etc has got to be someone who wasn't around when we used flip phones the first time. It's very limited, but that's what I want!! I'm addicted to the math game on the phone and it's just so cute and such a conversation starter. It's light and small. It has so many cute accessories with it. T9 is cumbersome, as it always was, but it really makes texting more special. You think about what you're going to say and you don't just share every little detail of your life. My ONLY huge complaint is that the T9 predictive text refuses to populate a capitol "i" and always defaults to a single letter "g" which no one would ever want. I do really hope they fix that because it's annoying as hell. My bestie also got a barbie phone though so we just let the g's slide with eachother lol If you're in your 40s and missing the golden age of flip phones and the very basic connectivity of the early 2000s, you'll love this phone. There are a few apps for things like podcasts/news etc. I even got a bluetooth dongle which I got to connect to my airpods, believe it or not. I would love to have a fix for the predictive text letter I thing- it would make the phone perfect for me. I even tried just adding "I" in the user dictionary to no avail.

Well first one I ordered is faulty?? Hopefully just error I purchased a brand new one. Will be getting new one Saturday to update. Giving 2 stars only rn bc it is so cute!!!!!!

This phone absolutely sucks and hardly works .

This product says unlocked as if you can use it , but you cannot use it in the United States at all under any circumstances. I also ordered a new phone not used, but it seemed they sent me a used phone missing accessories all that was there is charger. I wouldn’t mind if the phone actually worked. But it doesn’t.

Voy a dejar de usar el iPhone por qué cada 5 minutos lo tomo, quiero un cambio radical y me puse a investigar y encontré este celular que realmente es para regresar a mi antiguo ser. Soy Movistar y le quedo el sim. La caja es hermosa !!!! Todo lo es jaja
