This has helped with morning 'movements'. There is no taste to them and I've experienced no discomfort either. It's made my life better overall. At other times of day, if needed, I've taken them and they act fast as well. For anyone dealing with 'stuckness' this is a great solution.

I sometimes suffer since getting on mounjaro and this 2 in 1 is the only thing that helps. I take 2 night before and go next morning every so often may need 3 but everyone is different. So greatful I dont need to take every day. They help when i feel very uncomfortable. They are easy to swallow and no horrible taste. They are small in comparison to other pills. I definitely recommend if you need it to help function regularly.
