Great support and shaping!
I call these shaping underwear “sports bras for my belly”. They have made it so much easier for me to get back into running since my third (and final) c-section. They really support that loose skin that hangs above my incision so running isn’t *as* uncomfortable. I also wear these to make my tummy look a bit smaller, as 10lb babies have really stretched me out to a point well beyond my “sucking in” ability. I tried several different yummy shaping products upon coming home from the hospital and these are by far my favorite for both support and shape. I am ordering more right now!

Comfortable and easy to wash
These are great, especially for the price. I have are expensive csection garment and these are far more comfortable and easier to care for, a bonus when you’re recovering from a csection. Who has time to hand wash and line dry something when recovering from surgery? I certainly didn’t so I looked for a more affordable option that I wouldn’t mind ruining if I was less than careful. These wash so well, especially on a gentle cycle, but I’ve also accidentally tossed them in with loads washed on a regular cycle and with hot water. I dry on low but have often forgotten and dried on high also. They are holding up so well despite my less than careful handling.More importantly, these are comfortable without being binding and put just the right amount of pressure on my incision. Measure and use the fit guide and you’ll be fine. I thought the support bars would bother me so I had plans to cut them out but I’ve left them in place. They actually help remind me to sit up straight so it’s really helped my posture...another added bonus!I’m glad I bought the three pack and would do it again.

I loved it!!
After my C-section I knew I wanted something like this so I bought it before I gave birth, obviously I couldn't try it on until after so I was very nervous and pleasantly surprised that it fit great. I'm 5'3" and weighed 151pounds pre pregnancy and didn't gain much weight, I bought a M. 2 black and one tan, that's only important because I noticed the tan one is a little bit shorter and the 2 black a little longer. Not a very significant difference but enough that I noticed. It didn't bother my wound and was tight enough to really help, especially the first few days but also after. I still wear them 5 months later just for comfort. Would definitely rebuy I'm actually looking to move a size down. You will definitely need help putting it on and taking it off the first couple of days but it's so worth it. I almost passed out the first time I had to take it off to go to the bathroom because I hadn't realized just how much it was helping and when I took it off all the pressure and pain came back way too fast and I wasn't expecting it. It was completely my fault though because I was trying to be all independent and took it off alone in the hospital bathroom 12 hours after surgery (not smart) after that I made sure to have help.So if you're getting a C-section or any abdominal surgery I definitely recommend it but get some help with it at first.

Amazing for C-section!
These underwear are amazing! I started wearing them 10 days after my c-section. They provide the perfect amount of support and feel great. They really mold to the body, unlike the post-surgical belt I received at the hospital, which was completely useless, and the postpartum belt I bought. And, they are no-show, so I can wear them outside. I can't say enough good things about the amount of support they provide, but my insides no longer feel like they're going to jiggle out, and the compression makes the incision site less painful. I thought I would hate the boning, but it's fine and prevents the underwear from rolling down onto the incision. Once I've recovered, I'm sure I'll wear these as shapewear. The cons (which are really minor):Note that the description says they are 95% cotton, but they clearly aren't from looking at them, and the tag says 95% nylon. Still, they are breathable. Second, I think they run small. I'm very small framed and normally a size 6 and ordered medium, which was too small. I returned them and ordered a large, which fits well. I'm 5'5" and currently about 148 pounds. I expect they'll still fit if/when I'm back to pre-pregnancy size. Finally, I couldn't tell that these did anything to my butt, as advertised.

Not post partum friendly. Recommend for special occasions instead.
I was 4 weeks postpartum when I decided to give this a try. There was still lingering pain from my c section so I was excited about the comfort and flattering figure provided at first. Then it happened: my child was crying out loud hungry while I headed to the restroom in full postpartum speed. I was walking slowly and determined while my husband comforted him. When I finally reached the toilet I was riled up from the crying and screaming so I took this off in a hurry. Since nothing seems to work when one is riled up and rushed I used excessive force. I felt a strong pop followed by the "plop" sound of something hitting the toilet bowl water. No, I did not poop myself. The metal prong which ribs the side of the high waist had enough of my shenanigans and gave up. It was now swimming freely in my toilet. So what was I supposed to do now? With a full bladder, painful c section, and expired patience I cried out for the go-get-gem-thingy while my child continued to sing the song of his people and my husband was on his last "shhshhshh" attempt to quiet our son. In what seemed like the longest pee hold known to woman, I finally had the tool needed to fish the metal rod out of the toilet and relieve myself. The seller was quick about a refund. It did seem odd to me that they would ask for the product returned back because undergarments in their "used" status are never in condition for refurbishment. But, as they wished, I packed this up nicely with the metal rod in a plastic zip lock bag so they could see the damage first hand. I hope they didn't open that bag....Anywho, these are great for special occasions where maybe one has more time and patience to put them on and take them off during restroom breaks. They are not made for a postpartum mother who lacks the aforementioned. If this has happened to you I hope you had a great laugh like we did. Good times.
