Not the highest of quality, the great quality for the cost. And other than losing them they lasted a long time . was kind of hard to figure out the correct sizing but definitely made it do with these. I worked at a place that utilized headsets and out of my own pocket I would buy these for the comfort of me and my coworkers. Wasn't able to get management to reimburse but it was worth it

The cushions are the first part to wear off on Plantronics headsets. They're also prone to being stolen by cats. These replacements are a perfect fit. Their exact shape is slightly different than the ones that come with the headphones, but they fit perfectly, and they provide adequate cushioning.
