After struggling with keeping a 'normal' wheat pack on my neck, I decided to try this shaped one. So glad I did. It fits snuggly around my neck and shoulders and is not too heavy or too light. Like the cotton cover, as not too keen on fleece ones. Just microwave according to the instructions and then relax with it on. Great for relieving achy neck and shoulder muscles.

It looks well made, I haven’t used it yet. The service was quick the price reasonable.

My star rating is based on my first month of usage (I have had this about 6 weeks now). I loved this at first. The aroma was lovely but I wouldn’t say ‘lavender’? Anyway, I have only ever heated this following the guidelines however last week it suddenly became very unpleasantly scented. I have left it alone for a week to see if it would subside but it still smells rather unpleasant. I can only assume the wheat inside has burnt but I don’t see how this is possible when I have always followed guidelines and never had any problems previously

Good quality but rather heavy and stiff on a painful neck.

This stuff is exactly what I wanted, the smell goes away after a few uses but its better without the smell!

Very good wheat bag.holds heat for a good length of time.would recommend
