Does it cause hair to curl?

No it's doesn't make your hair curl but it adds moisture and shine to your hair

I can’t find an expiration date on the tub,anyone knows when it’s expires?

I don't know about expiration dates but I make some of my own products. You definitely don't want to keep dipping into the 5 lb tub with your hands. Water, other products ect can contaminate the tub and introduce bacteria into it and it can spoil. I scooped some out with a measuring cup into a smaller container to keep the larger bucket free of contamination. It will definitely last the maximum time that way. Also keep it in a cool place.
