It’s packaged very nicely. Not too expensive so I gave it a try. The product itself is hard to apply as it does not glide smoothly around the eye area. I washed my face at night like normal. When applying the product, I found it hard and not soft enough to apply to sensitive skin like under/around the eye. It pulled on the under eye skin instead of gliding on the skin. I tried scraping it off to warm between my fingers to help it easier to apply without stretching the under eye skin. I woke up with my eyes actually looking worse. It does not absorb as it is too hard. There is no cooling effect. It’s non-greasy but could actually use more lubricant. I purchased the moisturizer too. The only way I could get this around the eye, after washing my face, was adding moisturizer first to help the product glide smoothly and comfortably around the eye. I would not recommend this product as is.
