This was my first mini PC. I was truly impressed by how small it was. It had enough ports for me to plug in both my monitors, my mouse/keyboard, speaker, light, and still have an extra space. The PC was quite easy to setup and connected to my monitors, mouse, etc seamlessly. I initially worried what would happen since there was no screen on the device (like a laptop), but the device booted immediately once I plugged it in. This was quite easy. Compared to a tower, the device was easy to transport. It was small and compact. I could take it with me on trips without taking up space. Additionally, it hooked onto my monitor, which freed up my desk space so I could actually use it! The graphics, computer speed, and sound were all fantastic. The company had amazing support and could walk you through any questions you had, something that did not come with other devices I looked at. The device was also so quiet. I never heard it once, unlike the fans in my other laptops and computers. It came with the latest version of Windows.

This mini PC works well as a streaming computer. I replaced an old full sized PC I was using for streaming. The upgrade to windows 11 is nice. I paired a wireless keyboard and can stream any Internet content to my TV. This unit is very compact, it hides out of sight and reduces the amount of wires. I have not noticed any lagging it loads quickly. This has been a nice upgrade to my TV viewing.

We are thrilled with this little device!!! Especially for the price (169.00 w/ free shipping). Simple to set up and config. Everything was plug n play and mostly automatic. It's awesome with plenty of power and umpf to do the simple things that we want/need. It's placed at the 85 inch bigscreen in our main/living room at home. We haven't had cable/satellight for many years. We watch what we want on websites. With AV, browser settings and extensions we watch anything we want, w/o ANY commercials, popups or adds EVER (including p!r@ted movie sites). We have it config'd to power on the TV and PC and log in automatically at a specific time daily, with same for shutdown each night. It boots up fast and is ready to go in a minute or so. No issues with the installed Win11 Pro. It has no trouble with 6 or so different browser tabs open and running, notepad++, a screen capture tool, and remote VPN tool which is really all we do on it. I have been super impressed with the audio but mostly the picture quality and the device responsiveness. The HD is soo crisp, clear and bright. Everything looks amazing in movies. Audio is just the 3.5 audio port to a decent desktop speaker/subwoofer system, and it sounds great. This is way better than the same setup we have had with a couple year old Dell SFF (this is faster and has noticably better video). With a mini BT keyboard/touchpad/remote, this is the perfect seemless set up for us. Not gamers (lots of movies), but this makes for simple entertainment, or news, or movies, or shopping, or research, or paying bills, or social media, or remoting/VPN to work (IT System/Network Engineer), or whatever we want to do from the easy chair in the living room. Even at a much higher price point this mini PC would be a great value and is an excellent system for us. The local storage specs are fine, but irrelevent to me as it's all cloud now. The other specs are fine too, but more importantly, we haven't encountered a single negative and everything just works and works very well. Hopefully, we will see some longevity, but we'll see on that. We love it so far and highly recommend it.

I purchased this PC to go in my guitar room/studio to replace my old HP Desktop. I've ALWAYS purchased HP Laptops and PC in the past but since I already had a keyboard, mouse and monitor I decided to give this a try after reading the reviews. This thing is faster than my last HP Desktop I purchased for my office and it incredibly compact. I only gave it 4 Stars because I could have used a couple more USB ports and a CD/DVD (I had to purchase an external one and I didn't realize how inexpensive they had gotten). I've had no problems with any of my Windows software updates or any other APP Software updates. So far, It's a great PC for the money.

Nice powerful little machine, I use it as my development workstation, so it always has multiple connections to various servers, and services, vscode, ssh, rdp rarely get about 30% cpu or mem usage. dream come true over my old work station. Setup was breeze, plugged it in, patched it and signed in with my MS Account. It's very fast and responsive every time I need it, and the price was great.

I been in the computer industry since the beginning some 60 years ago . Having built, yet again my own gaming PC last year . Another older PC , I used for general business . One with much lower requirements which I sought to replace , not needing anything "hot" and top flight . Having no expectation that a mini PC would amply fill the bill . I did not anticipate that it's performance would literally mirror my gaming PC in performance . I've yet to find a game on Steam that this mini PC won't run at high resolution and frame rate ! I am sure there must be some but I've not found a single one . And , at less than a third the price!

So I’m a week after my return window closed and this thing becomes non-responsive anytime you try to do anything with 3D rendering. I’ve tried many troubleshooting things. We were having home internet issues for a bit so I kept the device and tried to make it work thus however missing my return window. If you want to play video games, I’d suggest not buying a mini pc. I hope AMAZON will be gracious enough to refund this item or I’m out several hundred dollars. 😢

Great system that runs fast and quiet. This is a fantastic computer for our Accounting firm, and we're looking to purchase more to upgrade the rest of out office.

Re-installed Windows 11. Can't get the sound card to work after hours of trying to find the correct drivers. Gave up.
