So I’m a week after my return window closed and this thing becomes non-responsive anytime you try to do anything with 3D rendering. I’ve tried many troubleshooting things. We were having home internet issues for a bit so I kept the device and tried to make it work thus however missing my return window. If you want to play video games, I’d suggest not buying a mini pc. I hope AMAZON will be gracious enough to refund this item or I’m out several hundred dollars. 😢

I’ve been impressed with how much performance KAMRUI packs into this small E3B mini PC. The Ryzen 7 7730U, 16GB of RAM, and 1TB SSD make everyday use feel quick and responsive—boot times are fast, multitasking is smooth, and it handles a typical mix of browser tabs, Office apps, media playback, and light creative work without slowing down. The compact footprint is one of its biggest advantages. It takes up almost no desk space, stays much cleaner-looking than a traditional desktop tower, and would be easy to mount behind a monitor or TV. Despite its size, it offers useful connectivity and support for up to three 4K displays through HDMI, DisplayPort, and USB-C, which makes it especially practical for a multi-monitor office setup, a home dashboard/server, or a media PC. For gaming, it is best viewed as a capable light-to-moderate gaming machine rather than a replacement for a dedicated gaming desktop with a discrete graphics card. Older titles, esports games, indie games, and cloud gaming should be a good fit, while newer demanding AAA games will likely need lower settings and resolution. I have mixed feelings about this PC and the Kamrui brand. I run a coding school and have replaced a lot of our chromebooks with Mini PC's, and most from Kamrui. The price is attractive, computers work usually well, but the WIFI card seems to be a pretty weak point. We end up using a wire to keep our internet connection, but this is annoying. Anyone has experienced similar issues? Any recommendation on how to fix this?

Bought this to replace my old mini which was too old to be updated into Window 11. Very fast service as it was delivered in same day. The new one is much smaller and lighter. The preloaded Window 11 Pro was the buying point and brought huge convenience. Set up was simple and easy, but the USB ports seem to be slightly smaller, hard to get inserts in, and get out. This made me doubt if they were USBs. Though so, it is a nice and valuable product for home office.

Ok here’s my review. I love the size of the hard drive. It’s perfect for when you don’t have room for a larger pc. It fits perfectly on my desk stand I also purchased. Now some of the things that annoys me about this is, the item it keep popping up on the screen for you to purchase and some you can’t bypass. But every time you log on they are there. You have to act like you’re going to purchase to get out of it. Today for the first time I got the PC App Store pop up that you can’t get out of unless you purchase a deposit amt. for what, I don’t pay for my apps. I logged out and back and there it is. I have not been able to use this dawn thing without any interruptions. I paid all this money now I can’t even use the darn thing. Sorry this review is late but I don’t do reviews on things right away until I actually use them. Disappointed!

We are thrilled with this little device!!! Especially for the price (169.00 w/ free shipping). Simple to set up and config. Everything was plug n play and mostly automatic. It's awesome with plenty of power and umpf to do the simple things that we want/need. It's placed at the 85 inch bigscreen in our main/living room at home. We haven't had cable/satellight for many years. We watch what we want on websites. With AV, browser settings and extensions we watch anything we want, w/o ANY commercials, popups or adds EVER (including p!r@ted movie sites). We have it config'd to power on the TV and PC and log in automatically at a specific time daily, with same for shutdown each night. It boots up fast and is ready to go in a minute or so. No issues with the installed Win11 Pro. It has no trouble with 6 or so different browser tabs open and running, notepad++, a screen capture tool, and remote VPN tool which is really all we do on it. I have been super impressed with the audio but mostly the picture quality and the device responsiveness. The HD is soo crisp, clear and bright. Everything looks amazing in movies. Audio is just the 3.5 audio port to a decent desktop speaker/subwoofer system, and it sounds great. This is way better than the same setup we have had with a couple year old Dell SFF (this is faster and has noticably better video). With a mini BT keyboard/touchpad/remote, this is the perfect seemless set up for us. Not gamers (lots of movies), but this makes for simple entertainment, or news, or movies, or shopping, or research, or paying bills, or social media, or remoting/VPN to work (IT System/Network Engineer), or whatever we want to do from the easy chair in the living room. Even at a much higher price point this mini PC would be a great value and is an excellent system for us. The local storage specs are fine, but irrelevent to me as it's all cloud now. The other specs are fine too, but more importantly, we haven't encountered a single negative and everything just works and works very well. Hopefully, we will see some longevity, but we'll see on that. We love it so far and highly recommend it.

I purchased this PC to go in my guitar room/studio to replace my old HP Desktop. I've ALWAYS purchased HP Laptops and PC in the past but since I already had a keyboard, mouse and monitor I decided to give this a try after reading the reviews. This thing is faster than my last HP Desktop I purchased for my office and it incredibly compact. I only gave it 4 Stars because I could have used a couple more USB ports and a CD/DVD (I had to purchase an external one and I didn't realize how inexpensive they had gotten). I've had no problems with any of my Windows software updates or any other APP Software updates. So far, It's a great PC for the money.

This is my fault. I do not know enough about computers and did not get my son's input before buying. This unit is super slow. Even as I type this review, the curser keeps freezing up. I thought it was my network at first, but we tested it and it was running great on my laptop in the same location. I am researching how I can upgrade. If I can and it speeds up, I will come back in and raise my rating to 4 stars. It works fine for word processing, but is sluggish on even simple internet searches.
