Works and Fits but it has problems with the outlet plugs
Fit my 19" rack perfect. Update on this product. After plugging in the components I started hearing what sounding like arcing in the plugs. Come to find out the plugs they use have some kind of holding mechanize that holds the plug in the socket through the use of the holes on the plug's blades and it makes connection with these mechanisms to provide electricity. Some of my devices started to shut down after hearing this arcing noise. I shook the plugs and they would connect intermittently. So I got out some 2 prong plugs to try and plugged them in. You can fill the looseness of the plugs connection. It's a bad design for making plug connection.

Fine
It is what you expect. The plugs should be turned 90 degrees so that there is room for more device plug boxes. Most electronic gear has a small box that you have to plug in.
