Results measured in circuit with this unit will be impacted by adjacent components, which may influence the accuracy of measurements. We do have a meter designed for in-circuit testing of capacitors: In-Circuit ESR Tester Model 881.

Mine did not. You can probably purchase with a cal cert from a distributor of test equipment. Don't know your application but I love this meter for what I do.
