I have been taking these daily for several months now and haven’t been having any issues or adverse reactions after taking these. My only concern is that this supplement contains a lot of great things, on the label. However, I just feel confused about how they fit it all into one medium sized capsule per day. I’m not really sure how to verify or negate what’s on the label. I have just found with other HMB supplements, that I have to take more capsules for less amount of HMB.Well I just looked again at the product page, and it says that one serving is 3 capsules, which makes much more sense. However, I thought the label on the bottle said 1 capsule per serving. So maybe this is my mistake.

I originally purchased Dec 2024. At the time the label said serving was 1 capsule / day = 3000mg HMB. Then it was unavailable for a while and now the same bottle says 3 capaules daily = 3000mg HMB. I feel like if it was a mistake, people who purchase the product should have been notified and compensated with additional product to equal the actual 3000mg/ day supply of HMB they thought they had purchased.now it's questionable how much D3+K2 is in each capsule.

I am not a doctor, so I cannot make any medical claims regarding the benefits of taking this supplement. But, ample research is available online supporting the benefits of HMB, and the other included nutrients. And, based on my personal experience it supports those claims. I have experienced no unpleasant side effects, and no gastrointestinal discomfort taking it. There is no unpleasant aftertaste or smell. Only long-term doctor testing can confirm all the reported benefits. But, since taking it, I felt stronger. And, I have experienced greater muscle endurance. While I suggest you do your research, I wholeheartedly endorse this supplement.

I decided to give this a try to support the repair and growth of muscles, which is important as I age and have noticed some loss of muscle mass. The HMB in this product is augmented by vitamins D3 and K2.supporting muscle repair and bone health.The capsules are medium sized and easy to swallow. There's no noted after-taste or upset stomach. A few months in and feeling good about this supplement.

I'm not sure about the quality of this item, but the math does not add up with the quantity. It says 3000mg per serving (3 grams), yet I weighed the capsules and they only weigh 600mg. 600 x 3 = 1800mg (1.8 grams) per serving. How is there 3000mg of something in a serving that only weighs 1800mg (including the capsule)?The math simply makes no sense. I feel like I got ripped off here with this product.Also, it says 411mg of calcium, 100mg of vitamin k2. Thats adds up to 3,511mg. There is not 3,511mg in a dose of 3 capsules that collectively weigh only 1800mg.
