While it does work to help me go to bathroom more regularly- holy moly the smell when mixed with drinks is ugh it is strong metal smells. Is this normal for magnesium supplement powders? I have to put it in a smoothie with tons of peanut butter to try to make the smell just a tiny bit. I am Not sure I will be able to use this product- feeling like a waste of money s

This stuff works using it now for about six months I do not get anymore cramps in my legs

I love that there is a powder version from this company that I can give my kids who struggle to swallow pills. The taste is not that great but the directions do suggest you use a small amount of water to first shake it up in a jar and then add more water to dilute it. This was very helpful. I love this company. The magnesium works well Bellyaches and helps my kids growing pains and ability to sleep
