I ordered this for my wife and when it was opened it did not work, as in no perfume came out when the nozzle was pressed. I contacted the seller who asked for photos (even though a photo obviously cannot show this). I realise now this was just a delay tactic to hopefully get me to give up. I sent photos anyway and then never heard from them again. At this point I did give up. Then this Christmas I thought I would buy an empty perfume bottle and decant the contents of the original into it so it could be used ... you've probably guessed this already: the nozzle was not in fact broken, the perfume bottle was completely empty!
