Very powerful... gave me blood spots on my forearm, like with blood-thinners. Which is not a BAD thing, just be careful if older... and for SURE if taking other blood-thinners!

Mostly Good
Before purchasing this or any supplement product, I researched the ingredients and their benefits to see if this is something I want. I’ve been taking this product for about six weeks for sinus health. So far, so good. It has only one ingredient listed in the “Supplement Facts”: Serrapeptase, which is a proteolytic enzyme, god for sinus health. The time release is a nice feature, to aid in absorption into the body. I’m concerned about one “other” ingredient I consider to be controversial. This means the FDA considers it GRAS (generally regarded as safe) but some doctors and researchers disagree: magnesium stearate. I am happy to be taking these, as part of my regiment of supplements.
