Easy to set up and accurate readings. Can add the family to keep track of each of us. I do wish it had a reading on the scale so the phone doesn't have to be used, but that's a small gripe. I do like the app and it is easy to use.

The scale is easy to use. It comes with a QR code that takes you directly to the app store to download the app. Connecting the scale was quick and seamless. Once the app was installed, I could easily update the units to pounds, feet, and inches. When I signed up to create an account, the confirmation code went to my spam email. The app itself is simple and straightforward, displaying weight, body fat, and muscle. The scale is fairly consistent, though the first measurement can be slightly off, the following readings are accurate. Design-wise, it’s a basic scale with a digital display. It didn’t come with batteries, so I had to supply my own AAA batteries. The scale automatically turns on and connects as soon as I step on it. Overall, it’s a cheap, responsive, and easy-to-use scale that’s fairly accurate.

Granted I have small feet for a man, my feet barely fit on this scale. My teenage son's feet overhang this by a good two inches. It would probably work fine for preteens but due to the size of this it is not at all practical.

The KUAIVO body fat scale is a great scale for weighing yourself. I compared the weight it shows with my other scale that I know to be pretty accurate. The numbers were the same so I have no doubt that this scale will accurately show your bodyweight. The other features like body fat percentage are not much concern to me since each scale is going to be different. The real use of these features is using the same scale over time and tracking how it changes. The scale seems sturdy and looks very modern. I am pleased with this scale as a simple use-at-home option with some features that some people may find useful for tracking body changes over time.

The listing and instruction manual both state, "batteries included," but no batteries were found in the package or the device. I had to use my own. The weight measurement feels accurate and the setup process was easy. Insert the batteries, download their app ("Fitdays+"), turn on the scale, then connect the app to the device. I’m not sure about the accuracy of the body fat percentage measurement since it seems lower than what I'd expect based on how my body actually feels. One feature I like is that the scale records your weight and calculates your BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate), which is the minimum amount of energy your body needs to function effectively at rest. This made me realize I was consuming more calories than my body actually needs each day... The scale itself has a sleek design, which is nice. But I’m still mad about having to supply my own batteries when the listing clearly stated that they were included.

This scale is the same size as the scale it replaced at my house, and has more features. It uses the same app as the previous scale which works well, and which I have used every week for the last four years. It's a fully featured app that connects via my phone's bluetooth to the scale, and allows me to chart weight and other calculated and measured values, e.g. visceral and subcutaneous body fat percentages. I took measurements with both old and new scales and they seemed to tally for two of us. I believe these scales work my measuring weight and impedance / resistance as they pass a current between the metal pads that your feet rest on. The calulated results are somewhat of a guesstimate in my opinion - they're highly dependent on hydration levels and vasodilation for example. With that said, it's a useful tool to track changes if you measure at the same time of day each time, and in the same state. For the price, this is an excellent scale. I especially like that the scale itself shows you the most important measurements on the screen after use, so that you don't have to look at the app if you don't want to.

It's consistently 4 pounds off compared to my other two scale, which makes me question the other metrics like body fat and muscle mass. The app integration works well, though syncing can be slow. For casual use, it's a decent tool to monitor progress, but don't rely on it for precise measurements.

A new year means a new you, at least an attempt to. I got this with the idea i'd be tracking my weight more often. This certain makes it easier to do so! The app is really handy where you can track specific measurements for body composition. You can't beat this for the price!
