Nice comfortable and comfortable to use
I have almost one of every console anbernic has made, but this is my first time with the 353p. I have a 353m, but this just feels like a completely new thing because of its shape and how I'm able to hold it in my hands. Of course, it's obvious that it looks like a snes controller, and that's what it basically feels like but only bigger. All of the controls work well, and the triggers are nice. The screen is nice and clear. The audio is decent. What really makes this handheld special is the ability to boot into android. This unlocks so many more options that the Linux side just can't offer. On the android side, you can use Chrome and find and download the games you want directly to the device without needing a computer. It's really a very easy process. This one feature alone makes this worth its price. Some game roms will need to be unzipped, so you will also have to find and install an unzip app for that. It's all really easy. This is a nice handheld at a good price to offer you a nice experience. This is a good value for what you get.

Almost great
Ok, there's a lot to talk about here. If you are looking for something that's playable right out of the box with no learning curve (like a switch), this isn't the device for you. This does come with some games preloaded but some of the games that come with it are on a separate sd card. The instruction manual is virtually useless. I highly recommend watching a YouTube video to get a grasp on how to use this best. Now that that's out of the way, let's talk about the device itself. The screen is actually really nice. It has good colors and looks fairly sharp. The buttons feel good and seem to be very similar to a joycon in size. The thumbsticks are in a weird spot but I don't think it will be an issue overall. So far, all of the games I have tried have played well (on the Linux side). That brings me to my next point. The only way to boot into Android is to eject the Linux sd card. There should have been a switch or something; there has to be a better way. It doesn't really matter because the Android side is garbage. It's an old version (11) and only really necessary for games that you want touch support for like the DS.Overall, I think this is a great idea that wasn't quite implemented properly. If you have patience and don't mind spending some time learning the device, it offers a nice nostalgia trip with some classic games. If you want something without a learning curve, I would avoid this one.

Perfect for SNES, SEGA, NES roms
The media could not be loaded. Not so great for N64 sadly! That's the end of the trials for me, though. Anything above that I barely tried. There are some games for the playstation that have terrible graphics as is that work, but this is great for the 16-bit stuff! I think the buttons on it could be a little closer to the way it was on the SNES or Playstation, but I guess everyone is playing on the Switch enough to have tight buttons like that.
