I have been using this supplement for a while now and can honestly say it work. I use them for improving my mental clarity and am very impressed with the results. The dropper isn't the best as I can't seem to manage to get much liquid into the glass stem but it's not a deal breaker

After taking this supplement I felt some almost immediate effects the first few days I took this. I can only describe as focus and the energy after a couple shots of coffee. This was only after around 1ml dose (half the recommended amount). These effects seems to have reduced later into the week and I have slowly upped the dosage to 2ml. I found this effect on me very strange as I have been taking Lions Mane mushroom tablets supplements for a little while at higher levels than this product. With tablets I only ever noticed a slight difference, which would be attributed to placebo. Maybe it is the way this is getting into the blood by applied under the tongue? In term of taste, it is also interesting. There is some sweetness there with a slight bitterness. Not unpleasant but also doesn't linger either after you have a drink. The taste is similar to other Lions Mane drops I’ve had in the past. Overall I think this is the best effect I've had of any lions mane supplement I have taken. Even with a smaller dose and higher price (just over 8 quid at the time of writing). This bottle appears to be better value and higher dose than I’ve used in the past. I shall continue to use this and if the effects are the same I will re-order another bottle.

Tastes earthy but not unpleasant. Sublingual absorption faster than with capsules, and it can be added to a smoothie. Good if you're using it regularly for cognitive support.

Didn't notice any difference in my focus/concentration

These are great to add to your evening beverage, there is no particular alteration to the taste and these seem to be working. Being all natural, there will definitely be an effect to be seen from these in the long run. Application is easy too, the amount is easy to measure. I love the little bottle as it is easy to store and take with you on a journey. The quality must be great and the liquid form is the best for the quickest effect. Loving it.

I don’t particularly like the taste of mushrooms and some lion manes can taste earthy, so to be able to add this supplement to drinks is great. There’s a misprint on the Amazon page where it instructs to take 1ml a day where the bottle states 2ml, so you are only getting one months supply. I find these supplements very beneficial to me. I personally think they help my mental clarity, lift my mood and aid nocturnal sleep. Because I add them to my morning cuppa, it’s easier to remember to take. The pipette works well for dispensing the liquid and dosing. My batch had a long shelf life of November 2026. The ingredients appear to be a good strength and quality and at 8.99 at time of review, I think they are competitively priced and value for money.
