Works well ! I thought I had a problem. I sent the video to the warranty department and they told me what I was doing wrong now it works perfect again.

Excellent Pruner & is as described. Works very well. At 81 years old it keeps me off the ladder.

Feels extremely flimsy and arrived missing screws and in no packaging. They just slapped a shipping label on it. For the price I would have expected a much better product. After replacing the screws with some I had laying around it mostly works but only if you hold it in just the right orientation. The handle has to be facing upright or it doesn't work at all. So there are some lengths where it's impossible to position things properly to make it work. It feels like it will likely not last very long at all.

I have had excellent results with this pole pruner for around 8 months. The other day I was using it on a small branch and *snap!* The tension was gone and item no longer functional.Customer service was very helpful and is sending me a replacement as I'm within the 1-year return window 🥰Otherwise this item is very sharp and stays sharp easy to telescope and being able to extend to 13 ft.

Good things this product doesn't advertise well:- If you hold down on the handle after clipping the fruit, it will hold onto it and you can lower it back down to the ground before releasing it.- It is sharp enough to prune small branches on trees.- Unlike some competitor products it only has one extension zone. This means that the diameter of the metal pole doesn't get very small at the end (which can cause it to be weak and break). This design is stronger than some of the previous pickers I purchased.
