If you have a sensitive stomach/ IBS and a hard time finding multivitamins that don’t bother you, you need to try this!!I’ve always struggled with taking multivitamins because they typically upset my stomach. I spent 6 months on a GLP 1 without taking any vitamins and became a zombie! I was so depleted from the medication/ appetite changes that I was losing hair, had dark circles under my eyes, and barely any energy. After about two weeks of the Replenza, I came back to life! Has all of the basic nutrients you need in a vitamin and digest so well.I have been off of GLP 1 for almost a year, and still take this every day. It is a great multi for anyone, not just GLP 1 users! Highly recommend for anyone with IBS/ sensitivity to vitamins and supplements.

These are very large tablets, tough to swallow and taste terrible. The daily recommended dose is 2 tablets, but because of their size and the difficulty in getting them through the esophagus, I’ve been taking one tablet twice a day (with breakfast and lunch).That being said, they seem to help with energy levels and general feeling of well being. Not sure if that is a placebo effect or not, but it is working on some level, so all’s good.

The smell and taste is awful!!!!!! I’m having a hard time taking these it so hard keep them down because I get so gross out by the awful taste and smell.

I think these vitamin supplement or just as good as a lot of the other vitamin supplements that are sold, the only thing is, they're very expensive

My stomach felt relaxed 1 hr after that first pill & I haven’t even took my second one for the daily dose, imagine the relief of constant constipation & bloating wow my stomach is still making noises digestive from the first pill this morning. If you are thinking about buying this product do it, don’t second guess it, the pill doesn’t taste that great but its well worth it.
