Excellent price point, good function, quiet, and connects to your phone and step count
I have mild dysautonomia and hEDS, a connective tissue disorder. It's a stupid combination and means I am in pain if I sit too long at a desk and I am dizzy if I stand at a desk. Walking keeps my blood flowing and my muscles loose, so I now do my daily emails and low-stakes work while walking. I had an old EGOFIT walkpad at home and wanted another for my office, but it's been discontinued. So I went with this one. It's both cheaper and better, pleased to report after 3 months of use.I bought this one after looking at the competitors. Here's what I looked for:-- has an app and a remote (in case the remote breaks, as my EGOFIT remote had done)-- relatively compact, not too heavy-- syncs with phone step count so my total step count gets registered (I don't use a smart watch)-- not too loud (sensitive ears, need to wear earplugs with the egofit or I get worsened tinnitus)It fits the bill on all counts!Things you should know:-- it's for walking, not running-- no incline, just flat.-- it's shorter than some. The first time I walked on it, I felt it to be short, but I since got used to it and don't notice the length.. I'm 5'7", not particularly long-legged. I'd avoid if you're very tall or have a long stride. But otherwise, the shorter length is a perk, since it helps the whole thing be lighter and easier to carry.-- It's nicer than the EGOFIT Walkpad that I bought a few years ago: lighter, quieter, and a better app interface. This new one is so nice, I'm thinking of upgrading the old one so both my home and office are the same.

Work from home beast
I love this walking pad! I have been using it almost daily ever for the past 5 months for usually an hour at a time, sometimes multiple times a day and have had no issues. I walk on it usually from a 1.2 speed up to around 1.8 depending on what I'm doing. It does go up to 4 mph but honestly I find it kind of cramped to do a full jog on it so I just walk lol. It fits perfectly under my couch and is easy to roll or pick up. It's been a game changer to easily get 10k steps daily even as I work from home. It's quiet so it doesn't pick up on the microphone in meetings. Definitely recommend grabbing this one for your work from home space or even if you're just looking to get some extra walking in here and there.

Love this walking pad
I love this walking pad. So easy to move and use. Cushioned so it's not hard on my knees. I use it to walk briskly and jog and it works great. Lightweight and compact, stores easily. Remote control so you can adjust speed and modes. Highly recommend.

First treadmill review
I like this treadmill overall definitely for shorter people as Iโm 5โ2 but if I was taller and had a shorter stride would be a problem since the belt on it would start to rise up. Overall itโs good and I think itโll last. But can start to get hot or warm if using it for prolonged use. Will need a mat do it underneath so that itโs not as loud since I work in an office cubicle with others around me and first was worried about the noise of the rug. Also the remote comes in handy just make sure not to loose it.

Horrendous customer service
I have never, ever been so frustrated with a warranty claim. The pad had worked well for 4 months and my wife really liked it. However, one it just locked up and turned off. We turned of the pad let it cool off and tried again, however it would no longer pull any weight and was a jerky, stuttery mess. I started on the website to talking a chat bot, which eventually lead to me "talking to a human"... it was another chat bot. So, submitted an inquiry on the website with no response. Finally called them, spoke with a rep who sent my claim to "tech support". I have been working with them through email for 3 days now. They keep telling me that I shouldn't be using normal features of the treadmill such as, using the app to start, or setting a target distance. It's really getting irritating. I've sent videos, pictures, and sent all the purchase information. My wife has been on an incredible weight loss journey and now it's been three days since her last walk and the claim hasn't even been filed yet.
