Will the outlets allow cords to be plugged into it to provide additional level of camouflage? (non functional, of course)

Yes - you can put fake-cords into the outlets to have a perfect camouflage. Thank you for your question!

Can a mouse or rat chew through this if they get into the wall?

I don't think it's possible as the metal box is made from durable steel. Thank you for your question!

Do passports fit and if so how many?

Hello, passports won't fit to the 1-gang wall plate version of the safe, but they will fit to our upcoming new size variation (2-gang wall plate size) Honesly I haven't checked how many of them will fit, but certainly a few passports can be stored in that secret compartment. New 2-gang wall plate size will be available within 2 weeks. Thank you for your question!

Can this be used on a concrete wall with the right dimensions ?

Theoretically yes, but we have never tested it and remember that the metal box is designed for a plasterboard wall. Surely after making a hole in the concrete wall, you will need to apply a lot of plaster to fix and hide the metal box well. I recommend mounting in a concrete wall only if you are an experienced DIY enthusiast or you have a professional who will do it for you. Thank you for your question!
