Detailed Review
Owning this renewed Apple iPhone 16 Pro has been an excellent experience. Especially when upgrading from the 11, from performance to design and everyday usability, this smartphone feels every bit like a high-end flagship just without the brand-new price tag. Right out of the box, the sleek Black Titanium finish immediately strikes you. The matte texture looks premium and gives the phone a sophisticated, understated look that’s both elegant and timeless. Even though this unit is renewed, the exterior looks virtually brand new with no noticeable scratches, dents, or blemishes which makes it feel like a fresh device in every way. The titanium build is both lightweight and exceptionally strong, giving you confidence that the phone can withstand day-to-day handling without feeling fragile. The slim bezels, the refined finish, and the attention to detail in design are all classic Apple hallmarks that haven’t been lost in this renewed model. The 6.3-inch Super Retina XDR display is beautiful. Colors are vibrant, blacks are deep, and the contrast is outstanding whether you’re browsing, streaming video, or gaming. With ProMotion adaptive refresh rates up to 120 Hz, scrolling feels buttery smooth, and animations look fluid and responsive. Brightness is plenty strong for outdoor viewing too. This screen isn’t just gorgeous it’s practical, with True Tone and HDR support making everyday use comfortable and visually rich. The Pro camera system is a standout. Photos come out crisp and detailed in a wide range of conditions. Portrait mode feels very refined, and the computational photography features elevate shots beyond what you’d expect from even a flagship device. Low-light performance is impressive, too capturing clear detail without excessive noise. Video recording is equally strong, giving vibrant colors and smooth stabilization across formats I’ve tested. For both casual snaps and more ambitious content, the iPhone 16 Pro delivers. What’s particularly impressive about this renewed model is how new it feels in everyday use. The screen is flawless, the body looks fresh, and there’s nothing about the performance that makes it feel “used.” Many renewed iPhones also come with battery health equal to or near 100 %, and often include a one-year warranty which adds a layer of reassurance for buyers. Battery life remains strong throughout a full day of regular use. I can comfortably go from morning to night without needing a top-up. When I do need to charger, fast charging gets me going quickly, and wireless (MagSafe or Qi) charging is smooth and reliable. Compared to buying new, getting this unlocked 256 GB version saved a significant amount of money, making it excellent value for what is still a top-tier device. If you’re after a powerful, premium smartphone that performs just like new but without the full retail cost, the Apple iPhone 16 Pro (256 GB, Black Titanium, Unlocked and Renewed) is an excellent choice. It looks and feels like a fresh device and delivers flagship performance across the board from display and speed to battery life and camera. Ease of use Whether for everyday use or as a primary device, this iPhone delivers reliably every day.

Apple iPhone 16 Pro, US Version, 128GB, Black Titanium - Unlocked (Renewed)
I’ll be honest, I was a little skeptical about buying a renewed phone at first. You always hear mixed things about refurbished devices, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But after receiving this iPhone 16 Pro (128GB, Black Titanium), I can confidently say this was one of the best purchases I’ve made. Right out of the box the phone looked absolutely incredible. The Black Titanium finish is clean, sleek, and premium—exactly what you’d expect from Apple. There were no noticeable scratches, dents, or imperfections anywhere on the device. The screen was crystal clear with no marks, and the body looked practically untouched. If someone handed this to me and said it was brand new, I would have believed them without hesitation. What really impressed me, though, is how perfectly everything works. The phone runs flawlessly. Apps open instantly, scrolling is smooth, and multitasking feels effortless. There’s no lag, no glitches, and no random issues—just clean, fast performance exactly like a brand-new device. Face ID works instantly every time, the buttons are responsive and clicky, and the speakers sound clear and loud. The battery life has also been excellent, which was one of my biggest concerns going into a refurbished purchase. It easily lasts throughout the day with regular to heavy use, and it charges quickly without any issues. The phone doesn’t overheat, even when running multiple apps or using it for extended periods. The camera quality is absolutely top-tier. Photos come out sharp, detailed, and vibrant, and low-light performance is just as impressive. Video recording is smooth and professional-looking. Everything about the camera system works perfectly—no focus issues, no lag, just consistent, high-quality results. Connectivity has been solid across the board as well. Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and cellular signal all work exactly as they should, with no drops or inconsistencies. Calls are clear, and data speeds are fast and reliable. Another thing I really appreciate is the value. You’re getting a premium flagship phone that looks and performs like new, but at a significantly better price. It honestly feels like a steal considering the quality. Overall, this renewed iPhone exceeded every expectation I had. It looks brand new, performs perfectly, and delivers the full Apple experience without compromise. If you’re thinking about going the refurbished route, don’t hesitate—this is 100% worth it. I would absolutely buy renewed again after this experience. Easy 5 stars.

Renewed? Repaired.
I bought this phone to replace my very beloved yellow iPhone 11. Its battery desperately needed replaced, I had long outgrown the 128gb internal storage, and it recently developed a few dead pixels that turned into... many... that spread across the top of my screen. Nail in the coffin. I was quoted about $400 to repair it at the authorized shop Apple directed me to, so I decided it was just time to upgrade altogether. I LOVE my stupid little banana yellow phone and I don't care too much about new gen features, the only notable exception being the new camera specs, so I almost got a 15 instead. I don't think there's enough of a difference between 15 and 16 overall, but I obviously like my phones to last a long time, so I opted for the latest model purely for longevity's sake. The 16 Pro is also basically the same dimensions as the 11, so it doesn't feel any different in my hand than what I've been used to for the past 6 years. I use Mint Mobile, so I needed an unlocked phone, hence why I purchased here. I bought a listing being sold and shipped directly by amazon.com instead of a third party seller. I had originally bought a listing from the seller "Wcell" but they never shipped it, then gave me a new shipping estimate of another month... So I canceled and reordered directly from amazon. I figured it would be less hassle to skip a third party seller if I needed to return the phone, anyway. I paid for shipping so I would get it sooner. I did NOT get it sooner (or even soon in general) and it was shipped via USPS instead of UPS or Fedex, which shocked me. I've never had something so expensive shipped parcel select before. Why did I even pay shipping? Phone arrived in an unassuming box aside from the giant lithium battery warning sticker, which gives away that it's an electronic no matter how discreet they try to be. Inside package was another plain box with a serial number sticker on it, containing the phone and an unbranded double USB C charging cable. Nothing else. No paper, no invoice, not even an Amazon Renewed flyer I've seen in other reviews. It sat in my mailbox under the hot sun for a few hours before I could get to it, which is Not Great for the battery, and when I opened it the phone was hot to the touch. So keep this in mind when ordering. The phone's outer condition is okay, but not quite up to the standard promised. This phone was listed as REFURBISHED - EXCELLENT, which states it should have "no visible cosmetic imperfections when held at an arm's length". However there are multiple scrapes on the titanium trim around the screen, leaving highly visible shiny silver specks against the black titanium, and a large scratch in the screen itself (pictured) The placement of the scratches lead me to believe the screen has been removed and the metal was scraped by a jimmy tool while prying it open. Maybe the screen was replaced? Maybe the screen had to be removed for another repair? Who knows. I would be surprised if it was a replacement unless they managed to scratch the new screen immediately after. The battery is GREAT. It arrived to me at 1%, but that's the mail's fault. Phone has been anctive since December 2024 but battery only has TWO (2) cycles on it and 100% capacity. The battery was definitely freshly replaced. I personally don't mind the cosmetic damage enough to worry about trying to get a replacement, it took long enough to get it as is and the phone itself works just fine. If anything now I won't feel bad if I add a flaw in the future, but I know a lot of people won't feel the same way I do so I wanted to put my experience out there. So to recap, phone is what I would call Repaired. Brand new battery replacement, suspected screen replacement, with some cosmetic damage. Otherwise perfectly fine phone. I'll update if anything changes with normal use. RIP in peace banana phone. You served me well 🍌 🫡

Excellent Condition – Practically Brand New!” ⭐
The phone arrived in excellent condition with no scuffs or marks on the body at all. The display also looks great with little to no visible marks. One of my favorite features is the always-on display — it’s very convenient and makes the phone feel even more premium. The battery health was at 100% with only 5 charge cycles, which shows the phone is still very new and has barely been used. Overall, the device feels practically brand new and performs exactly as expected. I’m very satisfied with my purchase and would definitely recommend buying from this seller if you’re looking for a great iPhone at a good value.

Solid refurbished/renewed phone, meets all expectations
This refurbished iPhone 16 pro came just about as close to the description as one could manage. There are no visible scratches on the screen (pretty important) and the battery life still shows at 100% (also very important). Setup was as easy as it ever is, the cable that came with it seems like a decent quality cable (and it’s worked for charging & CarPlay). My only gripe, and a small one at that, is that there is some scuffing of the finish on the area around the camera lenses (but not the lenses themselves, they’re fine). So, aside from a minor cosmetic issue, this phone has been working perfectly for me (though getting used to not having a home button took a little getting used to, but that’s a me problem)

Renewed phone surpassed my expectations
This phone is great. Because I use StraightTalk, I’ve stuck with bargain phones for the last 10 years. Paying full price for unlocked phones, I try to make them last as long as possible. My last phone was an Amazon renewed iPhone XR that was reaching the end of its update and battery lifespan. This review may not apply to somebody simply upgrading from an iPhone 13 or 14, as the differences won’t be as noticeable as they were for me. I immediately noticed how fast the 16 Pro is. Webpages and apps take far less time to load and are much more responsive overall. It seems to sync with Bluetooth devices more quickly. The camera is also a huge upgrade for me. Like wow. Pictures look fantastic. It takes amazing video, too. I went to a metal concert this weekend and the sound quality of my videos was impressive. The 16 Pro has a new camera button on the right side of the phone, which is super useful. My only complaint, is that unlike the rest of the buttons, many phone cases just have a cutout to accommodate this one particular button. It leaves the side of the phone and the edge of the screen exposed, which I’m not a huge fan of. I imagine there’s a reason behind this design, but quite frankly, it doesn’t bother me enough to look it up. This phone has a USB-C port—an update long overdue in my opinion. It also uses an ESIM instead of the traditional physical SIM card. In my case, there was a simple process to transfer the service over on the StraightTalk website. I believe these changes actually came with the iPhone 15, but needless to say, they’re new to me. Screen size states 6.3”—I compared it to the 6.1” screen on my fiancé’s iPhone 15 Pro but didn’t notice a difference. Both phones appear identical to me, but I didn’t overly analyze it, and she didn’t take hers out of the case. Battery life is really nice. What would’ve completely drained my battery before, only drops it to 60% now. Considering this is a current gen renewed phone, I was expecting solid battery life, but not perfect. I was thrilled to see 100% battery life, and this one got me, ZERO CHARGE CYCLES. I can’t say they’re all going to be like this, but other reviewers mentioned similar things. It has an 11/2024 manufacturing date, and under warranty until 11/2025. Typical iPhone ease of use, durability and feel. I’ve used both Apple and Android phones over the years. If you’re like me, and you just want your phone to work, well, if you know, you know. Overall, I’m very pleased with my purchase.

Be Careful Buying Refurbished — Mine Had Damage From OLED burning
I ordered the iPhone 16 Pro in Excellent refurbished condition and overall the physical condition was very good. The body of the phone was in very nice shape with no noticeable scratches, and it definitely fits what I would expect for an “excellent” refurbished device. The phone feels solid and durable, and it's a nice upgrade from my iPhone 11. It arrived with a screen protector already installed. After removing it, I noticed a couple very small scuffs on the screen that you can only really see under a bright light when the screen is off. There was also one deeper scratch about 1 cm long, plus small scuffs that were not really noticeable when the screen is on. Overall, I thought the body was in very good condition, and it met the excellent refurbished standards. The phone was unlocked and I was able to set it up with my Apple ID easily. The real issue is the display. After using the phone for a bit, especially at night with the brightness turned down, I noticed what looks like OLED screen burn-in (Shadows that appear on screen and dont go away; caused by a static image at high brightness displaying for long times) from the “Let’s Explore iPhone 16 Pro” demo screen that Apple stores use on their display phones. You can see faint outlines and text from that screen on gray backgrounds. I do have to note that it would be hard for the refurbishers to see this issue, and I noticed it after a couple of hours of using it. This is pretty annoying because refurbished phones are supposed to be tested and fully functional, and screen burn-in is definitely a display defect. It’s not something I noticed immediately during setup, but once you see it, you can’t really unsee it when using the phone in darker environments. Overall the body condition was great and close to excellent refurbished quality, but the screen burn-in is a big downside and shouldn’t have passed a refurbishment inspection. If you look at the photos I attached of the phone, you can see the burn in. For the grey background photo, I went to Google and got a blank grey image, and you can see the outlines of the Apple Store screen. You can also notice the outline of the iPhone 16 pro cameras near the bottom left. I am trying to order another refurbished phone, and I will see if this one doesn't have this issue or other major issues. My family members have all gotten their phones from Amazon renewed and had good experiences, so I am not saying don't buy from here, but you just have to take into account the risks of buying refurbished. Also, Amazon has a great return policy for most renewed products that says if you are not satisfied, then you can return it within 90 days.

ESTETICA Y BATERIA 10/10
Excelente producto. 10/10.

Motherboard broken
Shortly after I started using it, I noticed that the NFC feature on my phone wasn't working. When I took it to Apple service, they said the motherboard was broken. When I explained the situation to the company, they were completely unhelpful and didn't stand behind their product. Absolutely do not buy or recommend this product.
