This has become one of our most used products. We host lots of parties and this holds 2 half pan trays. So we cook ahead of time and food stays warm all day. Might even buy another just to have more food out!

The product arrived on time and an excellent condition. Package nicely. It even has a drawstring pouch to store it in when you’re not using it which is nice. **FYI (It comes with a two year warranty from the company, so make sure that you scan the QRCODE when you get the product to activate the warranty.) It’s OK in size.. IF You’re thinking holiday meals, and keeping things warm you’re going to need more than one. You can see what one dinner plate looks like on it in the photos. If you were using one 9 x 13 and two sauce pans, it would probably fit… (or two 9 x 13 side-by-side ) Either way, just something to keep food warm during the holidays or for busy families that eat at different times.. This will be very useful. Pay attention to sizes when ordering. One of the main reasons I chose this particular one over over others that are for sale is the height of the little feet underneath the heating pad. You can see I took a photo with inches and centimeters and you can see that it has good height… Which is important when you’re dealing with natural stoneware countertops.I’ll update the review once I use this for the holidays and see how it does with multiple pots on the surface But honestly, I am already pleased. Just know that when you get one, you’re probably gonna wish you had gotten 2.

This mat is a game changer. My wife uses this mat to keep food warm, to help dough rise, and to thaw meats. Works perfectly, she is even considering getting a second mat and purchasing some for gifts.

LOVE this heating pad! It works very quickly and really does keep your food hot. It also cools down fairly quickly and is very easy to wipe down and roll up for next use. I’ve also taken it with me to events outside my home to keep my dish warm, and it’s a breeze. Great buy!

UPDATE. After commenting below, the Customer Service dept reached out to me to see how they could make things right. Must say they went above and beyond. First, they offered a refund. Then asked if instead I would like their larger tray. Yes. Received and am so pleased with its size. Works well and I plan to buy more as gifts this season. I will definitely buy again all due to their excellent Customer Service. Highly recommend.I should have been more more observant about its size. It really doesn't hold that much. Small dishes only. A 9 X 13 pan/casserole will take up more than half the space. Need two or more of them if you want to use for a buffet or pot luck. Check the size closely before you buy.

Put this in a hot bag for my UberEats customers to have hot food when I deliver, so it sits in a 150 degree hot bag with a power wire hanging out. It's survived multiple weeks cooking itself in a bag that's just it's size with occasional food on top of it. Flexible and convenient to store and then roll out for your dinner event, the interface is obvious and easy to use, absolutely great.

So glad I splurged and got this warming mat! I have Used it multiple times and it has worked great by keeping food warm. It's very easy to use with different temperature settings. It's great to use at home or take on the go to use at get-togethers. This particular one holds one regular size 13x19 casserole dish. I have since received another larger one as a gift which is large enough for 2 casserole dishes so I tend to use that one more but definitely recommend getting one!
