This is a GREAT product! It holds the temperature well for long period, is extremely easy to use, and well constructed. I appreciate how quiet the unit is and the overall quality! It made knee surgery and recovery so much easier!

I highly recommend the RLXLOKLY basic cold therapy unit with knee ice pak. It last hours and works great! My husband enjoyed how much it helped him while he was recovering from knee replacement surgery. It really kept the swelling down and did a great job!! I recommend this product to anyone who needs to keep their knee cold for long periods of times. It is easy to use and great quality.

My wife had some considerable knee surgery at the beginning of January, 2025. We thought we would be able to use a friend's cold therapy unit, but that didn't work out. We were in a jam with days to go before her surgery. After some thorough research we decided on the RLXLOKY Basic Cold Therapy Unit. It arrived just in the nick of time!The unit has worked flawlessly, except for an issue with the wall unit, which the company took care of promptly and at no cost to us. They're very responsive and concerned about customer/user satisfaction. She's used the unit regularly several times a day now for almost a month without any issues. Connections for water and electrical function without issue, as does the inline control unit. We use frozen water bottles instead of ice, which makes renewing the ice easy and hassle free, and can be done with minimal cycling of the connections.We highly recommend this unit for it's value, quality, and the customer support provided.

We bought this after my partner had knee-replacement surgery, and the ice machine we’d borrowed from a friend sprang a leak. We needed something that would arrive quickly. We lucked out that this unit not only arrived the next day, but also works well.As noted in some other reviews, it doesn’t have a lot of bells and whistles, but the controller does include a variable timer (30, 60 or 90 minutes, or continuous use), which was very handy. You can also adjust the flow, which in effect adjusts the temperature slightly. This feature also was helpful when we needed to maintain cooling, but the cold was sometimes too intense.The reservoir is not large, so I could fit only two 17-oz ice bottles and one 12-oz bottle (sideways) at a time. There may be other configurations that would work, but I didn’t experiment much.All in all, we were happy with this purchase.

The RLXLOKY ice/cold therapy machine was so effective in easing pre and post surgery pain when I recently had my knee replaced. It continues to be a godsend as I push through physical therapy for my knee and over time as the arthritis pain I experience in my other knee and other joints develop. The machine is compact, easy to carry, easy to maintain and very simple to use. It was half the price of the ice therapy machine my doctor recommended and comes promptly with everything you need to set it up and doing its job in minutes. There are temperature and duration options that offer levels of comfort desired. A noiseless, relaxing choice for aches and pains at a great price with long lasting icy water circulation.

Worked great till it didn’t?? Two weeks on a machine such as this is a little questionable right?? All I ask for is a replacement. We still need a working machine. Like I said great when it worked but a very short period of toR. Wish my knee would have healed in that length of time. Thank you for your consideration on replacement.

Cold feature works great and is quiet.Had a shoulder surgery and pad to difficult to attach to shoulder without much pain.Would like to return but waited to long as it is over 30 days.

Bought this for recovery after shoulder reversal surgery. It works great. Ice water lasts 2-3 hours which is plenty long. I go through almost 10 lbs of ice a day but I use this close to 6 hours a day. I didn’t have it for my first shoulder and I would not go without ever again. It’s not cheap but it’s worth every penny during recovery.
