Simply insert your hand up the bottom of the puppet. Your pinky and thumb can be inserted into the slots on the inside of the body to operate the hands. It can be tricky at first to get everything moving at once, but the main thing is moving the mouth- which is very simple. These puppets aren't recommended for large stage shows, but make very nice toy and budget puppets. Their high quality and attention to detail make them a very special gift. **Q: Hi, I’ve noticed that the Katie doll is twice the price of the others in its category, does it come with extra features/accessories to justify this?**
A: It is a while since I bought this, I don't think it was more expensive back then. It didn't come with anything different. Lovely puppet, well made, I am pleased with it. Those that were more expensive didn't come from the same maker.I thought this one was reasonably priced.

**Q: Does this puppet has a stick attached to its hand?**
A: The hand puppets do not have the arm rod attached.  The larger, ventriloquist style versions do.

**Q: Is there anywhere I can get change off clothes and shoes etc as my daughter likes to do this quite often she absolutely loves her puppet she has susie**
A: The clothes don’t come off the puppet but she could put other clothes over the top. The company frilly lily makes dolls clothes but not sure any would fit this puppet.

**Q: I am an adult male with fairly large hands? Would i be able to operate this puppet?**
A: Although adults can use the 14" hand puppets, as you have fairly large hands, we would recommend the 25" ventriloquist puppets, as these have more room ~ Silly Puppets

This was a gift for my granddaughter, she has other puppets in the range. This is a quality cute puppet, easy to use, the face looks animated when played with, and for the price the quality is excellent. Th mouth and arms move so this puppet is great for role play and story telling.
