A very pleasant lip balm, I use it as a night mask. The texture is delicate, not sticky, and spreads well over the lips. I find many lip products lacking. But I love this lil unexpected joy! I wear at night and wake up during the night and am happy lips feel good. It's been a long dry winter and we are not over it yet. As for plumping,u lips feel good, moisturized and perhaps plump.

This is my favorite and im addicted. I just keep buying it. I start to get sad when it runs out. Just take my word for it, do it! You will not regret it.
