Stop working, only plugged it in once couldn't play anything and now it won't work at all. How do you get it to work.

I like retro games but....
This does have several games. I purchased this for my grandson so we would have something to play together. Some of the games lag or just will not load at all. No instructions came with this. Some of the games played very well but others didn't. We haven't even come close to playing all the games . I will keep this because I am old school and it gives my grandson and I something we can play together. This game should be cheaper .
