5.11Tactical Men's Apex Pants, Regular Fit, Gusseted, 10 Pockets, Style 74434ABR

First I came upon this particular style of 5-11 pants was at a gun range with a large store. They had other styles but this one fit me the best. Super comfortable and long lasting. Highly functional pants with lots of pockets but they aren't very apparent or bulky. The side pockets are pretty stealthy and not bulky like regular cargo pants. Also, not very thick like canvas so they can be worn in Florida heat no problem. Of course when I purchased the second pair a few days ago and saw the price, I almost fainted. When I got them three years ago, I paid half. That pair is still going strong although considerably thinning at the crotch area. I had to buy another before the old ones get totally destroyed.

This is my 6th pair, not owning this color yet. Extreme durability! I'm really hard on pants and these not only take the beating, but do it comfortably and stretch in all the right places to never pull down or tear like other pants do. I have 2 pairs that are 4 years old, still look and feel new. I wear them for everything from hiking to office work to working in the garage and yard. Also, they have enough pockets to fit anything you want comfortably allowing for the great functionality and cross use.

I own multiple pairs of Apex pants. Construction is outstanding. The materials hold up excellent, even to rough farm work, but are understated enough for the office. The pants are extremely comfortable because of the stretch material, and there's tons of pockets. For this particular color I was expecting it to be a bit more brown, but it has a green undertone that's a bit harder to color match (greenish tint doesn't look as nice with blue hues). The previous pairs I've bought have lasted YEARS, which makes them an outstanding value.

They seem pricy but the last forever. I own 6 pairs already and wear them everywhere. On duty and Off, Yard work and out for a date. Look good, fit well, very comfortable, lots of pockets, and the color does not fade.

Comfortable but too lightweight than the TacLite Pro. Now those are my favorite with well defined cargo/Velcro.These pants are thin, cargo is zippered and the internal lining very thin. Not sure I could trust it repeated use without holes from my keys, etc.Bought these cause I needed black pants for a black tie vent and don't have business attire. These work in a pinch though.

They don't have the big flap pockets common on most cargo pants, so they are cargo pants functional but don't scream cargo pants. They work well with a dressier shirt or a sweater as well as with more casual clothing. They are great for travel. The fabric coating makes them easy to spot clean, they don't wrinkle a lot after repeated wearings, and they resist water. The fabric also is durable. These have replaced jeans as my every day pants as well. They are a bit pricey, but worth it.

I think I like these pants a little bit better than the vertex delta stretch 2.1 pants. The fabric is lighter than the Vertx, which is preferred by me personally. Especially in spring, summer, and fall. Now in winter you may want to put on a base layer. My size is 33 waist and 32 inseam. Please let me know when colors like navy, Khaki, storm or black become available

I got these in black size 32x32 some years ago and they’re still holding up very well. Just bought 30x32 in navy, and only have two complaints: 30x32 length is shorter than 32x32 length, and the dark navy is so dark it’s almost black. But the quality and comfort of the material, as well as the pocket configuration is perfect for EMS. Love them overall.
