Got me off my vape!
So this one is going to be a little bit of a mixed review, even though I'm giving it 5 starsThis product is very very good, but very easy to abuse if you are used to subconsciously sitting with a vape.So to begin with, the spray will give you hiccups. I am not sure why, but no matter where you spray, you'll get some quite violent hiccups to begin with. Eventually you'll get used to it, and it becomes a lot easier to use.Taste is fine for both the mint and the berry flavours, I personally kept switching them up based on availability and when I wanted a change. I'd pick mint as the better one however. The one thing I will flag, is I did end up getting some of the more rare side effects, which I ended up in hospital for checks for (abnormal heartbeat/palpitations). This was likely due to it being so easy to just spray, without paying attention. I most likely was using more than the recommended doses per day/hour.The good news is that hospital visit scared me so much, it made me quit both vaping and the nicorette spray. Been 1 month nicotine free now, and my heart is back to normal. So yeah, I do recommend this product, but I recommend NOT using it more than what it says for usage. If you don't have the willpower (like me) to avoid using it more than 4x an hour, use something else (patches/lozenges/etc).

The pros outweigh the cons
Pros- This product works. It’s 9 months since my last cigarette and I’d been a heavy smoker for many years.Cons- By rights I shouldn’t still be needing the spray 9 months down the line but, as others have said, Quick Mist is habit forming (addictive perhaps?).Pros- Addictive or not it is far healthier, cheaper and more socially acceptable than smoking. Also if you stick rigidly to the instructions then you won’t be like me and using it 9 months plus.Cons- Sellers seem to have very fluid pricing on this product so if purchasing do shop around. This seller was the cheapest on this occasion but last purchase was a different seller also on Amazon. So do your homework before buying.Word of advice - It takes a little getting used to. Spray under the tongue and don’t swallow any. If you spray directly into your mouth you will get horrendous hiccups, produce excess saliva and feel sick. Don’t give up and go back to the ciggies because you will get the hang of using the spray.

I just had a little problem with this delivery.
I have ordered many times and no problems, but when I opened the package this time one of them had been previously opened, fortunately none of the sprays had been tampered with.
