Piaa 96143 Aero Vogue Silicone Wiper Blade - 17" 430mm (Pack of 1)

I ordered this PIAA silicone wiper blade to replace the stock blade on my vehicle, and the upgrade was noticeable right away. The silicone material glides very smoothly across the windshield, even during heavier rain. Compared to traditional rubber blades, this one stays quieter and doesn’t chatter. Installation took less than a minute. The locking mechanism feels secure, and the blade sits evenly across the glass without missing streaks. I tested it across a few rainstorms and the visibility improvement was clear — especially with the silicone coating effect that helps water bead and slide off faster. The only minor note is that the first couple of swipes left a light film until it fully settled, but after a few uses it cleared up completely. A great long-lasting wiper upgrade if you want cleaner sweeps and better durability than standard blades.

PIAA Wipers. I had my last set on my truck for almost 5 years... And I drive about 70 miles a day, round trip... I just put a new set on, as one had a hail issue and was about to break off... Best wipers I have ever owned. Yeah, a little pricey, but given the fact I was 5 years in and only had an issue due to a hailstone, I cannot complain... Probably the last wipers you will ever have to buy... Yeah, they're that good... And I was a mechanic... Takes a lot to get that from me.

Since the windshield is flatter on my 4Runner, I was able to use these blades rather than the beam blades I've had to use on other vehicles. So far on a lengthy road trip, the blades worked much better than the rubber blades that came on the 4Runner when I bought it. Silicone blades are a game-changer and I have used Piaa blades for at least a decade now. This blade fits the driver's side of the 2010-2024 4Runner.

Love it! It’s a Piaa! And it doesn’t have to be lights! Wipes windshield clean! I need 3 of them! 2 are 14” and 1 is 16” ! It’s an fj cruiser with a big windshield! 😎 it’s also slim and not bulky!

They work perfectly and reduce shaking when turned on. I had Rain-X blades for the past couple of months, but they performed poorly because the ends of the blades shook while in use. However, PIAA blades are somewhat expensive.

Clearly not inexpensive, but wipes windshield very clear for a little over a year on our car. I think the extra expense is well justified IMHO.
