This waffle maker makes 8 little 2 inch round waffles. Perfect for little kids when eating a full size waffle is daunting! The wells are not that thick, but I was successful in making blueberry waffles.Have a good silicone brush or toothbrush on hand for cleaning. Unfortunately you can't take the plates off to submerge/wash, but the batter doesn't seem to stick too much when you put too much in the well and its gushes out-just use a brush a paper towel to clean up!

Real mini waffle maker! It is great size for kids! I initially bought for myself because I couldn't eat much waffle in a meal, but seeing this size , I decided to give to my sister in law because she had three kids, and it would be very helpful for her making breakfast, such a time saver, and right portion to kids. Don't get filled by the box though, the box isn't matching the actual item inside, but it is the right item I bought, just a reminder.
