Camera seems well built out of quality parts. The rest of the components (reel, slip ring, video monitor, battery) seem a little cheaply made, but for this price it's what I expected. I had to send the first one back as it had a dirty slip ring and the video would go out as the reel turned. The second one doesn't have this problem. The sonde works well with my Radiodetection locator, good signal, locates easily. No autolevel of image, but again at this price point you shouldn't expect it.If you don't do a lot of pipe inspections but want to have a camera in-house, this camera should do nicely for you. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Product did exactly as it should and more. *by L***A on April 29, 2016* I was very impressed with no only the quality but the ease of use. After reading reviews for products that seem very similar needless to say I was concerned but after receiving the product I had no doubts that it was the tool for me. The very first mission I sent the camera well over 100' deep into the dark reaches of the piping and actual found a potential problem I was unaware of.The camera never failed and worked perfect. I had a perfect color pictures the entire time and the clean up of the system was a breeze. I would strongly recommend this product to anyone. I am not a plumber by trade but I can tell you I don't see any reason for the pricing that a plumber couldn't use this product on a daily basis. It is one hell of a lot cheaper than $10,000+ for a Rigid camera set up. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great camera *by A***L on October 27, 2017* I am writing this after having the camera for about a year. So far it works perfectly. The picture is clear and the focus starts very close to the lense making a very clear image. The LED lights are bright. The recording is flawless. The 512hz transmitter works fine with the Ridgid locator. The only difference from the much more expensive units, is that this one does not keep the picture right side up. That means that if the camera head rotates in the drain line, you may see the water on the monitor on the top.
