I realize this is unflavored & id forgotten how much I dislike the taste of unflavored collagen :/It’s gross to me (not just this brand- ALL unflavored collagen powder). There is no taste to it. I put it in hot and cold things. Desolves easily.

This didn’t mix well with my drink and had a strong unpleasant taste.Update 6/9/25I didn’t want to waste my money, so I tried mixing with my coffee and it was much better! The previous brand that I used mixed well with fruity drinks, but not with coffee. This brand is just the opposite, mixed well with my coffee. Go figure! I do recommend if you add your collagen to your coffee. It’s not bad, almost undetectable.

This is really great powder. It seems to do everything it says it does. My nails are stronger, and my joints don't seem to hurt as bad. It mixes with cold drinks as well as hot drinks. I add a scoop to my coffee every morning. You can't taste it either. I will be buying more just before I run out.
