Q: What are the dimensions of the item? How deep are the feet pieces?

i don't know but this is not what you probably want. the holders just fall over - no sides to stay upright with or without poster, silliest design i ever saw. we returned this item.

Q: Is this good for outdoor spaces? Will it hold up to moderate wind?

I used this indoors and it is very sturdy but I'm not confident that it would hold up in strong wind.
