How do I cancel the order for the 365 black beans?

Most shelf-stable foods are safe indefinitely. In fact, canned goods will last for years, as long as the can itself is in good condition (no rust, dents, or swelling). Unless they smell bad or show visible signs of mold, etc., they should be good.

From what I've read all beans are gluten free. But don't take my word. Google for the information.

Yes. For food safety you'll want to reheat them to 165 deg F before use
