Great powder that does quickly dissolve in water without much effort however it did make me slightly dizzy if I took more then a micro dose amount. I do agree with other reviewers that perhaps there should me a spoon/measure inside so we can ensure consistency when taking a daily amount. I have noticed alot more energy and the ability to wake up earlier than before. My workouts have become better and I feel good. I will continue to use this product but at very small doses.
