Bad experience
I purchased Lactogen Pro 1 infant formula from Amazon. I have noticed a significant difference in taste between the Amazon-supplied batch and another Lactogen Pro 1 pack purchased from Blinkit. Both are the same product, but the taste is noticeably different. My baby has been unwell since 24 July. He has been having frequent loose stools throughout the day — at least 9–10 times a day, and sometimes even 12–15 times. Since then, we have had to keep visiting doctors and trying different medicines, but we have not been able to understand what is causing this or what exactly we should do. We ordered the first Lactogen Pro 1 pack from Amazon on 23 July, and the very next day, on 24 July, my baby's frequent stools started. At first, we did not connect the two things and continued following the doctor's advice. But after facing this problem for so long, we started looking back at everything and noticed that the problem began around the same time we started purchasing the milk powder from Amazon. Recently, we purchased another Lactogen Pro 1 pack from Blinkit, and after comparing the two products, we noticed a very significant difference in taste. This has made us seriously concerned about the quality, storage conditions, authenticity, or batch of the products supplied through Amazon. Since this is infant formula and is being given to my baby, I am extremely concerned and do not want to take any risk with my baby's health. I have retained all three unopened packs, their lot numbers, packaging and invoices. I request Amazon to please treat this as a serious infant-product quality concern, investigate the seller and the respective batches, and arrange a full refund for all three packs, amounting to approximately ₹4,000. I am also willing to provide photographs, lot numbers, invoices and any other information required for the investigation. Please escalate this complaint to the appropriate quality/safety team and help resolve this matter as soon as possible.
