These are great for overnight, but I was a little disappointed with the leakage factor. I highly recommend the Extended Wear for any users who want the optimal leakage protection. I have tried both and prefer the Extended Wear Attends for my adult sister who is incontinent and has cerebral palsy. I care for her in my home and she and I both prefer the Extended Wear to the Overnight so far. We have only used them for a week now, so after I go through the case, my opinion may change. We love the Attends brand of disposable underwear and we just are trying out all the absorbency types to see which one leaks less. So far, the Extended Wear is in the lead.

We order these monthly for dad in assisted living facility. No complaint, product works and fits him great!!

Runs large, would recommend size smaller.

Bought these for my mother after a stroke and they are absolutely not absorbent enough. They leaked quite often and I had to change her clothes almost every time she went to the restroom because they didn’t hold it all even with her using the restroom quite often.

Aborning and good fit

Best disposable panty I've used with my elderly mom. We have used the product for months without leakage, even overnight. I no longer need to use bed pads. I've tried similar name brand products, but Attends ability to captured large amounts of urine without leakage was impressive. I've been regularly ordering the Attends Discreet on-line ! I do wish the same panty was also available in a 'wrap-on version w/Velcro along the current side-rip seam' for ease of changing when mom's already in bed! !

My mom has been using these for quite a while now but the latest shipment just tears the sides open when she tries to put them on. I am trying two other brands now instead of ordering these nightmares again. Before this last box these were ok but now I see other complaints of the same thing so it has to be a manufacturing problem, in other words, they cheaped out and now can't be trusted.

Clean. Odor free good fit, no leaks

It is good for overnight use. However, the scale of severity mentioned on the pack as "Severe Incontinence" does not seem to beavailable. It would be better if this type of protective underwear is also available on Amazon website.
