I’ve tried several root touch-up kits, and this one from Schwarzkopf really impressed me. The color blended perfectly with the rest of my hair and covered my grays completely in just 10 minutes. My roots looked soft, shiny, and healthy after using it, and I didn’t notice any dryness or irritation on my scalp. The pre-color serum was a nice bonus—it made my hair feel nourished and smooth. The brush also made the application easy and precise, especially around the roots. I’ll definitely keep this as part of my regular routine.

Easy to apply works well

The product was spilled and was not able to use it or return it. I tried contacting vendor and sent me to amazon customer support which indicated that I needed to contact the vendor. What a waste of time and money!

BUT I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE..DON'T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU!!! This product is ONLY for a person wanting a TINY root touch up and on a fairly small head!! Luckily I was planning on mixing this color with 4.28 which they call Auburn Brown but it's really a HOT RED color on gray hairs!! Which for me are my roots. I have long hair. So by mixing these together I am hoping I will remove the HOT RED from 4.28 and give my entire head of hair a warm dark brown with a red undertone. I am processing this as I write. SO I am not sure how it will turn out. REMEMBER THIS PRODUCT is ONLY for the roots. Don't be dumb like me.

This does not have very good silver coverage but it’s alright . I just look like I have Auburn highlights where silver use to be 😎

Disappointed in this product. It may be fine for someone who just wants to cover up their roots, but this was recommended when my subscribe and save order of regular hair color was no longer available. I believe this is a flaw in the system with Amazon. This product was recommended and it was the right color, so I ordered it. I was very disappointed when the package arrived and I realized it was Root touch up. Now I can’t return it even though it’s not what expected. Buyer beware it is not hair color. It is just root touchup.
