I like this a lot more than I thought. The massager heats up instantly, fits nicely on a chair, has a lot of power, and doesn’t hurt to use. I use this a lot, I think it earned the rating.

I’m very impressed with the quality of this massager. It is very well made and holds up if you just lean back and relax. It reminds me of when the massager that you find at the mall or nail salon. If you have any type of soreness in your back, this massager can knead it right out. I will caution you if you have any type of wound or are very tender in the back area, you may want to postpone using this or not apply full pressure.This is an awesome solution for a reasonably priced in home option for self care.

This massager from Snailax is compact and easy to operate. It is16.7” tall x 12.2” wide and only 3.54” deep. There is a power button on the side of the unit to add heat and turn the unit on and off. The button also changes the intensity or mode of the massage. This is plugs into a wall outlet so it is not rechargeable.The massager has a handle on the back but does not have straps to fasten it to a chair. Straps would be helpful - especially with an office chair - since it is not very large and they would help to hold it in place. The massager can be used on my low back or shoulder area based on trapping the unit between the chair and my back. I would also have liked to have a remote for turning the unit on / off / heat etc. without having to turn around and then reposition the unit to start a massage or change the intensity.Overall it does what was expected, it is a good 3-D massage and it is compact for storage. The price at the time of this review is $79. There is currently a coupon, bringing the price down to under $50. I think this is a very good value.I hope my thoughts help someone.

Soooo glad I got this curved Snailax Full Back Massager with Heat and 3D Kneading Shiatsu Massager! It's lightweight for easy portability. This massager is perfect not just for relaxing, but it's actually very soothing for my lower back pain. It's nice to be able to set it to concentrate on a specific area or you can let it work up and down your back using one of the two heat temperatures that radiate from the built-in small back support pillow. You can also choose from 3 roller intensities/speeds. The user-friendly control panel is built right into the unit so there is no remote to lose and it will automatically shut off after 15 minutes to keep it from overheating. If I had to complain, I'd say that at about 6 feet, the cord isn't long enough. IMO, this heavenly little machine would be perfection if the cord was 9 feet long. Even so, I plan to move my chair a little closer to the outlet so I can use this massager at least every evening.

I had been using this back massager at home but game changer when I thought to bring it to work!I mostly use it for heat throughout the day and reward myself with a mini massage session after lunch.

This is a nice heated back massager that goes behind your back when you’re sitting. It’s a great addition to a work chair and can help take away back pain from sitting all day. It’s easy to use and I highly recommend this back massager!

This is a neat massager. I've tried several different ones and this one is a favorite due to the fact that it actually has massaging/kneading balls inside that make you feel like you're actually being massaged (many of the others I've tried just vibrate and call it a massage). It feels really good, but it is intense in a "hurts so good" kind of way. It can be a bit much if you're sensitive. The heat feels amazing too. My only wish is that the massagers went a little lower on the back. Good product overall!

Wow, this is way better than I expected. We have a recliner with a "massager" that was very disappointing - it just had a vibrating motor in it. This is a huge upgrade. It feels like someone is kneading your back, loosening up the muscles. It's very relaxing and well worth the price.
